Introduction
============
This patch resolves an issue with Client Security Solution 8.1 and Mozilla
Firefox under Windows XP and Windows Vista (32-bit) where the Mozilla Firefox
browser unexpectedly closes when a site attempts to open a pop-up window.

This update for Client Security Solution might also work with other systems
that meet the system requirements. However, no testing has been done with these
systems and no support is provided for using Client Security Solution on any
system other than those listed as a "Supported system."


System requirements
===================
- System updated to the latest BIOS
- 1.5GB of free space on your hard drive (1.5GB required for installation)
- 512MB of memory recommended
- Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit) with
- Client Security Solution Version 8.1 
- 8MB of VRAM shared memory set in BIOS

Verifying the version of the Client Security Solution Version 8.1 patch
=======================================================================
To verify the version:
1. Right-click on the downloaded file and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
2. Select the Details tab. The version will be listed next to the Product Version heading.


Downloading the package
=======================
To download this patch, complete the following procedure:
1. Click the file links to download the files from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the
   downloaded files.
   
   
Installing the package
======================
Windows Vista
-------------
1. Click Start, then click Start Search.
2. Type css81patch1web.exe in the search field, then click Search. This will
   locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the css81patch1web.exe file. You might see a message stating
   "A program needs your permission to continue." If you see this message,
   click Continue.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.


Windows XP
-------------
1. Click Start, click Start Search, then click All files and folders.
2. Type css81patch1web.exe in the search field, then click Search
   Everywhere. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the css81patch1web.exe file. 
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
