If your system is Windows 7 and Client Security Solution/Password Manager for Windows 7 is installed, you could download and install this patch directly.

Downloading the package
=======================
1. Click the file links to download the files from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the 
   downloaded files.
3. Make note of the executable file name and location.


Installing the package
======================
1. Click Start, select Search, then click All files and folders.
2. Type CSS83_IE_Crash_32_64.exe in the search field, then click Search.
   This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the CSS83_IE_Crash_32_64.exe icon.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
